Imagine just for a moment, a relationship that is all about you. You are not just heard, but you are listened to. In this relationship, you are held accountable to your dreams and aspirations by someone with no agenda other than to see you grow and succeed. This most accurately describes the relationship between a coach and client.
A coach is not a teacher, trainer or a mentor. A coach is the person who can see your untapped potential and help you discover how to access that potential.
By engaging in a coaching relationship, you can finally rid yourself of the self-limiting, self-talk that has sabotaged growth and success in your past.
As your coach, I look at your potential rather than your performance. I will work with you to understand your perspective, then stretch and grow you through a process that empowers you.
I offer two levels of coaching support:
INDIVIDUAL
COACHING
In a individual coaching relationship, we will work one on one in a private and confidential setting either onsite at our Atlanta office, via phone, or video technology.
My highest priority in working with you is to help you reach your purpose, vision and goals. We will create a powerful strategic plan that will give you clarity through a weekly process that includes interaction and accountability.
- When considering whether a coaching engagement is right for you, ask yourself these questions:
- What are you doing to invest in yourself?
- What are you doing to invest in others?
If you have answered no to one or both questions, I would love the opportunity to help you invest in yourself and move towards your purpose.
GROUP COACHING
In this setting, we will work in a small group onsite at your facility, offsite at our Atlanta office, or via webinar and video technology.
The impact of having an entire group’s input magnifies the experience of the discussions and results in creating and developing solutions that far surpass what any one individual can create. Each person is empowered through the bond that is formed, to develop the leader within. The group setting is a safe environment that serves to nurture each individual participant.
Following group coaching, teams will most often return more in-sync as a group, re-energized, and motivated to achieve higher levels of success.
- When considering whether a group coaching engagement is right for you and your team, ask yourself these questions:
- Are we working cohesively as a team to move to higher levels of success?
- Are we utilizing each individual team member’s expertise and talents to reach new levels of success?
If you have answered no to one or both questions, I would love the opportunity to help you invest in your team and move to even higher levels of success. Together, we can create the most effective plan to move you forward.
